Exercising During the Cold Months
Sometimes during the cold winter months it is difficult to get a lot of good exercise in. You can’t go out for a walk or run if it is too cold….so what do you do? Well, I like to rely on nice home treadmill. With a treadmill I can get a nice run or walk done in the warmth of my home. In addition, you can workout your upper body if you get a pair of dumbbells to hold when you are performing your walk or run. One of my favorite exercises is performing side raises while doing a brisk walk on a six degree incline. You can also do shoulder presses or curls while you are walking as well. However, be very careful that you don’t hurt your back. If you try to perform upper body exercises while walking you can put your torso in some vulnerable positions. These are just a couple tips to get a good workout in the winter time.

One day I looked in the mirror at my body and realized that I did not like what I saw. I actually hated what I saw and just needed to change myself. To do this I knew there was only one solution for me and it was exercise so I got some Busy Body equipment. I recently started learning about yoga because I have heard what amazing results can come from it. Well, we should all be aware that our bodies are exposed to chemicals all the time. We get it through air and water pollution, in sprays and in the foods that we eat each day. Women also get it from the chemicals from their cosmetics that they wear. These are just a few of the things where your body can actually acquire toxins. So are these toxins bad for your body? Yes, absolutely.
Not to worry though, your body is a very sophisticated and very smart unit so it has all the necessary systems that can get rid of all the things that you do not need.
Your sweat’s main job is to cool your body to make sure that you don’t overheat. Your body can easily overheat – just by doing a long exercise routine or sometimes when it is just too hot. The amount of liquid that is expelled through your pours changes but not necessarily the content or the composition of sweat which is of course just water and some remains of minerals.
Alcohol however can sometimes be expelled through sweat (at least small amounts of it). That is why there are a lot of people who actually want to sweat out through exercise or Hot Yoga Classes when they have hangovers since it flushes a certain amount of alcohol from the system.

To be honest, when it comes to working out with P90X, the easy part is working out. The hard part is eating right. Knowing what to eat during P90X is important, because if you work out hard every day, and then you eat like a pig and eat foods that are bad for your body, then you will not get the results you want.
